Service Description

At TechLab, we offer an after-school Coding program designed to inspire and educate young minds. Key details include: Schedule: Weekly 1.5-hour sessions on Thursdays, 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM, spanning 10–12 classes per period. Location: Elementary school classroom. Instruction: Led by professional instructors, combining group projects and individual work. Resources: All equipment and computers provided by TechLab. Pick-Up: Parents to collect students from the classroom at 4:45 PM. Objective: By the final lesson, students will showcase their coding projects. Showcase Day: On the last day, from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM, parents are invited to observe their child's achievements. This program not only imparts technical skills but also fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, providing a comprehensive learning experience

Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment & Registration Policy a. Minimum enrollment is 6 and maximum limited to 20 participants per session. b. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed only after full payment. c. The program is open to students aged 6-13. 2. Payment & Refund Policy a. No Refunds: Due to limited spots and program preparation costs, all payments are non-refundable. b. Transfer Policy: If a student cannot attend, parents may transfer their spot to another child before the first class starts, subject to approval. 3. Attendance, Make-Up Classes Policy a. No Make-Up Sessions: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled. b. Punctuality: Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be allowed to participate to minimize disruptions. 4. Parent Pick-Up & Late Penalty Policy a. Parents must collect students at 4:45 PM sharp. b. If a parent/guardian cannot pick up their child within 15 minutes after class ends (by 5:00 PM), a penalty fee of $10 per 15-minute increment will be charged. c. If a child remains unattended after 30 minutes, emergency contacts will be called. If no one can be reached, further action may be taken to ensure the child’s safety.
